You can work with me in various ways, with a range of well-being services that combine Yoga, Pranayama (breathwork), Meditation and Conscious Connected Breathwork to individuals, small groups, within the workplace and on retreat.

I teach from my own experience of dealing with life’s challenges and adversity. The techniques I share, I have practiced extensively myself. Through regular practice, I have facilitated the healing of my own nervous system and helped maintain good physical and mental health. In addition to finding a more fulfilling purpose in life that is in greater alignment with my values.

I offer bespoke corporate well-being sessions and programs which combine Yoga, meditation and breathwork.

These sessions and programs encompass a complete set of mind and body practices. You will learn techniques to help manage stress and maintain good physical health. To make these more accessible, they are adaptable to suit the needs of the individual.
