Surrounded by hills and countryside with stunning sea and mountain views stretching up the North Wales coast, you will have the opportunity to connect with nature in this beautiful location. This will be your home away from home for 3 nights.

The Big House By The Sea
This stunning house, tucked into the hillside of Llyn Peninsula has the most incredible views up the North Wales coast and the mountains of Snowdonia. Easily accessible from all major motorways through the Snowdonia mountains, it is approximately 2 hours away from Warrington & Manchester.
There are 11 comfortable bedrooms to choose from with a mix of options to share with your friend or partner. Or you may book a private room upon request. Please select your room preference when you book or ask to be assigned a room if you are sharing. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Book your room now so you don’t miss out!
Over the course of the weekend, all meals, snacks and teas will be provided (including dinner on Friday evening and a healthy brunch to set you on your way home on Monday). You will be nourished by the incredible Hannah’s Healthy Healing Habits. The food will be all organic and vegetarian in order to keep the energy and vibration high. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know when you book.
Arriving on Friday 14th of October, you will check-in from 4pm. You will be shown to your room and given time to unpack and get settled and meet your fellow yogis and yoginis. You will be initiated and welcomed onto the retreat with sage smudging and a brief introductory sharing circle before our first grounding practice.
Over the course of the weekend, experience a carefully crafted and unique blend of energising and grounding Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, to more gentle Restorative and Yoga Nidra to candlelight. You will be guided into expanded states of awareness with dynamic breathwork and pranayama, meditation, mindfulness. Finally you will melt away into complete bliss with a mesmerising sound bath.
We invite you to fully let go of the outside world and go within, using these ancient and modern practices. Learn about Yoga philosophy, it’s application as an antidote to the challenges of modern life and its power to positively affect lifelong change.
You will have plenty of downtime for you to take time out for yourself too. Relax in the wood-fired sauna and hot tub, gather around the fire pit, and wander in the sculpted gardens. Or simply sleep, rest up, read or take time to journal your experience. With the beach and the hills on our doorstep, we will step out into nature and bathe in the glory and beauty of this stretch of the Snowdonia coast.
Check-out time on Monday is 1pm. You will leave thoroughly nourished with a final morning practice followed by a hearty brunch to send you on your way, leaving you with a full glowing heart, amazing memories and new friends.
David, of Dragn Yoga has practiced Yoga since 2013. Completing his teacher training in 2019, his presence and energy is strong and nurturing.
His Yoga journey has taken him further into the mind and breath, continuing to train to specialise in meditation and breathwork facilitation.
Experiencing the benefits of these practices directly, he is passionate about their transformative strength. Using them to create authentic and uniquely themed programs to help others become better versions of themselves.
Hayley, founder of Sattva Yoga with Hayley has practiced Yoga since 2014. Completing her training in 2020, her energy is playful and compassionate, which is reflected in her teaching.
Passionate about helping people, she furthered her training to specialise in teaching people with special needs.
Hayley embodies many different aspects of Yoga in her practice. She blends philosophy with movement, breathwork and meditation, weaving them into creatively themed classes and workshops that inspire and positively impact everyone she teaches.
