Online Classes

30-minute Mindful Mornings online classes are available. Using simple movements to wake the body and meditations to bring clarity to the mind. Please use the booking system below to book your class. All classes are delivered over the Zoom streaming platform. If you are a new client you will be asked to complete a registration form. Once the booking is complete you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note the cancellation policy: you will receive a full refund if you cancel up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time.
