I teach Yoga, meditation, breathwork and well-being in and around Warrington and the North West, in the form of public, private and corporate classes and workshops. Please contact me for further information, or see my work with me pages for further information.
I have had a meditation practice since 2010. It was during my Yoga teacher training that I began to explore the philosophy and neuroscience of this practice.
I regularly attended lunchtime meditation classes while working in Manchester at the Kadampa Buddist Meditation centre. Which proved to be a very effective way of spending lunchtime on a very stressful job!
I studied meditation during my Yoga teacher training diploma and teach meditation both in yoga classes and as a standalone practice. The essence of Yoga practice is to develop a steady mind. It is through the practice of Yoga postures and breathing exercise (Asana and Pranayama) that we prepare the body and mind for meditation.
In March 2021, I completed a further 100 hours of study with Yogacampus (with Graham Burns and Isabell Britsch) to become a certified meditation teacher.
