Yoga combines many different physical, philosophical and mental practices which form a complete system to live a life of greater presence, and authenticity, in greater alignment with your truest self.
I offer bespoke one-to-one and small group coaching sessions and packages, combining Yoga, meditation and breathwork, tailored to your needs. We begin with a call, to discuss your needs and to see if we’re a good fit to work together. Following the call, if you wish to work with me, I will deliver a session or series of sessions. I can do this either in person or online. My goal is to deliver a transformative experience that is bespoke to your requirements.
To live an aligned life is to peel back the layers and unshackle ourselves from past conditioning and events which have shaped who we are today. Through embodied practice, we can open the gateway to healing body and mind.
We allow ourselves to let go of self-limiting beliefs, integrate our grief and our pain, and learn to regulate our stress and our anxiety. We can cultivate feelings of greater well-being, clarity, and purpose.
How I work
I combine Yoga Asana (movement & postures), Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation into a bespoke and transformative experience designed for you. With these practices, you can develop the skills of greater self-regulation, cultivating a positive and resilient mindset.
You can move from feeling stuck in life, out of low mood and energy, or from high levels of stress and anxiety, into feeling more calm and balanced. You will have more energy, better sleep and feelings of greater clarity and presence of mind and body.
On a physical level, you can develop physical strength and core stability. You will begin to feel less stress and tension in your body and experience better posture and a greater range of functional movement.
I am also a certified, trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator. This simple breathwork practice opens up the gateway to a powerful recalibration of the nervous system, mind, and body. This enables you to better integrate your life experiences, whether it be trauma, grief, or suffering of any kind. You may also experience feelings of emotional release, joy, and bliss. You can then take this away to positively affect change in your life.
I can work with you on a 1-to-1 basis or in a small group of up to 6 people.
One Hour Sessions
A one-hour session gives you the chance to experience a transformative embodied experience, where we practice Pranayama Breathing, Yoga Asana (movement and postures) and guided meditation.
Weaving science, art and philosophy, I will plan a bespoke session to your requirement to create a complete ‘work in’ and workout for breath, body and mind.
We can work on specific areas of the body such as the hips, the spine or the shoulders, or we can work more mindfully to reduce stress, calm the mind and cultivate a health mindset.
One to One – 1 Hour Session – £55
Small Group – 1 Hour Session – £25 (per person)
Two Hour Sessions
Dive deeper into your practice in a two-hour session. This session format is the same as the 1 Hour session, with the addition of Conscious Connected Breathwork.
We will begin this session with a 1 Hour Yoga practice, combing Asana (movement), breathing and meditation. This prepares the body, breath and mind for the connected breathwork.
I then frame the session with a demonstration, and you will breathe for around 40 minutes, with time at the end to ground and share your experience if you wish.
One to One – 2 Hour Session – £110
Small Group – 2 Hour Session – £50 (per person)
Conscious Connected Breathwork
These sessions are 90 minutes in length. If it is your first time, we will begin by assessing your needs, before framing the session with a demonstration of the technique.
We then warm up the body and relax the mind with a short Yoga, breathing and meditation practice before taking you on your conscious connected breathwork journey.
We will breathe for around 40 minutes, leaving you time to ground and share your experience if you wish.
One to One – 90 Minute Session – £75
Small Group – 90 Minute Session – £45 (per person)
