Each practice will combine variations of accessible Yoga Asana and embodied movement, modern breathwork, traditional pranayama, finishing with mindfulness and breath-led meditation, incorporating different themes.

Movement gets us out of our minds and into our bodies, cultivating a sense of flow and purpose.

Breathwork has been proven to have beneficial physiological effects on the nervous and cardiovascular systems.

Meditation has been scientifically proven to relieve symptoms of stress, anxiety and low mood while building resilience to the stresses of modern life.

These morning movement, breathwork and meditation practices are combined to improve our physical well-being, promote higher mental function and diminish stress emotional reactivity.
