I offer bespoke corporate well-being sessions and programs which combine Yoga, meditation and breathwork.
These sessions and programs encompass a complete set of mind and body practices to manage stress and maintain good physical health that can be adapted to suit the needs of the individual.
In 20 years of working in the corporate IT world, I have worked in many fast-paced, quickly changing environments. This work has often involved long hours and large workloads, working to tight deadlines.
Often working long hours at a desk, resulted in posture and mobility issues, in key areas such as hips, hamstrings, back and shoulders. Yoga strengthens core stability while developing better posture and increased functional range of movement.
Experiencing high levels of stress over a prolonged period has led to high levels of anxiety followed by a complete crash and burn. I understand how detrimental poor physical and mental health can be personally and to the overall organisation. Practicing yoga, meditation and breathwork offer a pathway to lower stress levels and increased focus.
My experience of chronic stress and burn out led me to start practicing Yoga. Over the last 10 years, and with the help of exceptional teachers, I have developed my own Yoga, meditation and breathwork practices to support my own mental and physical wellbeing.
I use simple and effective techniques which are backed by scientific research and thousands of years of practice. These practices are more relevant than ever in today’s ever increasing pace of life.
