My name is David Balfe, a Yoga and Meditation teacher from Warrington, Cheshire, UK. I have been practising Yoga since 2013, when I discovered Hot Yoga. At the time I was lifting weights and training in Thai Boxing. Hot Yoga became a perfect complement to my other physical pursuits. The benefits included improved mobility and flexibility, improved core stability and better posture. The most noticeable effect of this practice however was the sense of increased mental calm and clarity.

Fantastic session. Dave carefully guided us into, through, and out of the magical process with reassurance, professionalism and kind-heartedness. Cannot recommend it highly enough to total beginners, or those experienced with breathwork therapy!


I would love to spend more time with Dave practicing breath work. I felt as if I was taken on a journey that was safe and nothing I have experienced before.
